Engineering Consultants Scheer is founding member of NeWaTecTogether with 8 Bavarian companies, the Bavarian-Indian-Center BayInd und the Umweltcluster Bayern as network coordinator the Indo-German Network for Innovative Water Technologies was founded www.newatec.net.Technology Summit and World Aqua Congress in New Delhi and workshops in Bangalore and Chennai in December 2010Germany was partner country at the Technology Summit, a high-level event of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and the Department of Science and Technology Gov.India (DST). The INDO-GERMAN WATER network und Engineering Consultants Scheer participated with presentations. Shortly after the Summit the INDO-GERMAN WATER network participated at the "World Aqua Congress 2010" with technical presentations as well as with an informative stall at the conferences exhibition. Further on Engineering Consultants Scheer and the network partner Tandler.com carried out workshops and trainings in Chennai (in cooperation with Anna University) and Bangalore (together with Indian Institute of Sciences). India-EU conference in November 2010 in New DelhiDr.-Ing. Martina Scheer was invited by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) to participate at the conference "India-EU and Member States Partnership for a Strategic Roadmap in Research and Innovation". At the conference a plan for the improved India-EU co-operation was prepared.Events in India in March 2010We participated at the conference EmTech India 2010 in Bangalore and the road map-workshop of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research in Delhi India in March 2010. Together with other official participants of the initiative India and Germany - Strategic Partners for Innovation we discussed about future cooperation possibilities with Indian and German partners. Successful workshops in Mumbai and DelhiAfter the workshops in April 2009 in Bangalore and Chennai (more Infos...) we carried out more sucessful workshops in Mumbai at IIT Bombai and in Delhi at TERI in November 2009. Indo-German-Water networkA target of the INDO-GERMAN WATER network is to develop and carry out projects concerning water supply and wastewater disposal together with Indian partners. |
